Il m&rsquo;a fallu comprendre que pour aller mieux, je devais r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer mon alimentation et d\u00e9j\u00e0 changer ce repas.<\/p><p>En toute honn\u00eatet\u00e9, il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile de modifier mes habitudes et de laisser ma baguette de c\u00f4t\u00e9, mon beurre, mes confitures maison, mon jus de fruit press\u00e9.<\/p><p>Mais mon mieux-\u00eatre passait avant tout.<br \/>Aujourd\u2019hui, je me r\u00e9gale avec un oeuf, un yaourt de brebis, du jambon, des graines de chia, des fruits rouges, du pain au levain bio, une chicor\u00e9e. Ici, c&rsquo;est un exemple mais il y a plein de variantes.<\/p><p>Est-ce que je diabolise mon petit-d\u00e9jeuner d\u2019avant ? Non. Il m&rsquo;arrive parfois de manger sucr\u00e9 mais cela reste assez rare.\u00a0<br \/>Je connais l\u2019impact que cela a sur ma sant\u00e9, sur mon \u00e9quilibre hormonal, sur mon corps.
